I’m Kirk Biglione, a digital media consultant, writer, and amateur cat psychologist.
Over several decades online, I’ve experienced multiple cycles of technological innovation and disruption, which I’ve enjoyed writing about. This website collects some of my work from various online and print publications.
Mostly, these are stories about technology, media, music, and travel. Along the way, I have a beer with Jeff Bezos, face off against Newt Gingrich in the metaverse, and hang out with blues legend Screamin’ Jay Hawkins and his infamous coffin.
You may notice some of these stories have been published under different names. That’s an occupational hazard of reporting from the metaverse, where even some of my aliases have aliases.
I plan to publish new content here occasionally, documenting my latest media experiments with generative AI and other new technologies. I may also shed some light on poorly documented past events, including various media hacks, missing punk bands, and a certain Moldovan electronics company.
